Hypatia Leadership and Hypatia Salon were created by Amanda Fornal. Amanda has 20+ years of experience as a technology professional and business consultant. She is also an executive coach with a special interest in helping female tech founders. In March of 2020, she launched Women in Exploration (WiE), whose mission is to promote the positive impacts that women have made in scientific exploration, field research, cultural learning, sustainability, and animal welfare.
